Appointment of Administrators 31 March 2026

Anthony John Wright and Geoffrey Paul Rowley were appointed Joint Administrators of Denby Group Limited, Denby Holdings Limited, Denby Brands Limited, Denby Potteries Limited, The Denby Pottery Company Limited, Burgess and Leigh Limited and Denby Retail Limited (together “the Companies”) on 31 March 2026.  The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators.  The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.  Anthony John Wright and Geoffrey Paul Rowley are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics.
