• This is a prize draw competition which is live from 11th December  at 00:01 until 31st December at 23.59.
• The prize is one of 50 x £100 voucher codes to be spent online at www.denbypottery.com. All entrants will receive a discount code as a thank you for entering.
• In order to enter, you must complete the prize draw form on the Denby website. No purchase necessary to enter the competition. DENBY COLLECTORS CARD Terms & Conditions

• Customers must either sign-up to join the Denby community, or already be a member of the Denby community and have ticked the box to receive emails to qualify for the Collectors Card.
• The customers email address will be added to the card and will be checked against the customers registered details and verified.
• Participation is limited to transactions made in eligible Denby Outlet stores.
• The Promotion is not available in the Denby concessions in Boundary Outlets, the Denby concession at Dartington, the Denby concessions in Fenwick stores or any Denby Pop Up stores.
• At Denby Pottery Village the card is only valid on transactions made in the Denby Factory Shop.
• The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• If a customer makes a transaction between £50 - £99.99, they are eligible for one stamp on their Denby Collectors card.
• If a customer makes a transaction £100 + they are eligible for two stamps on their Denby Collectors card.
• The maximum number of stamps a customer can collect in one day is 2 stamps.
• Stamps will not be given upon the purchase of gift vouchers.
• Once a card is full and returned, a customer may have additional cards and continue to take advantage of the promotion.
• If a customer has two part-filled cards, the store team will verify the email addresses are the same and if any rewards have already been earned. If no rewards have been issued, they will transfer the stamps onto one card and destroy the other card.

• If a customer has a loyalty card but forgot to bring it with them, they can bring both the card and receipt and next time they are in store, the store staff will verify the details and stamp the card if eligible.
• If a customer has lost their collectors card, unfortunately this cannot be replaced, and the customer will lose any stamps already collected.
• Collectors cards are not transferable to another person.

• The customer must receive 3 stamps within 12 months to qualify for the free mug.
• Once the customer has 3 stamps, they can choose any mug that is available in the Denby Outlet store and will receive it free of charge.
• The customer must receive 6 stamps within 12 months to qualify for the £20 e-coupon.
• Once the customer has 6 stamps, the physical card will be taken from the customer, the customer details, transactions and returns will be verified at Denby head office and they will be sent a £20 e-coupon to their registered email address.
• There is no minimum spend required when redeeming the £20 e-coupon, but no change will be given if the transaction is less than £20.
• The £20 e-coupon is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be used after the expiry date.
• The £20 e-coupon cannot be redeemed in the Denby concessions in Boundary Outlets, the Denby concession at Dartington, the Denby concessions in Fenwick stores or any Denby Pop Up stores.

• If a customer returns an item for a refund, the store team will review the transaction and the refund or exchange value will be adjusted to take into account any rewards already received. The store team will adjust the number of stamps on a card to reflect any changes.

• If any fraudulent activity is suspected, the Denby store staff have the right to refuse the transaction and to remove the card from the customer.
• We reserve the right to change or remove this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

myJet2 Perks Denby Prize Draw

This prize draw is promoted by Jet2.com Limited (registered number: 02739537) whose registered office is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU ("Jet2.com", “Jet2” “us” or "we"). By entering this prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms.

1. This prize draw opens at 09:00am on 8 th January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 22nd January 2026.
2. Entrants to this prize draw must be myJet2 members logged into myJet2 on the Jet2 app, residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc, employees and officers of Denby Retail Ltd or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.

How to enter:
3. Jet2 will host a landing page in the Jet2 app.
4. To enter this prize draw you must log onto myJet2 within the Jet2 app and click to enter the prize draw by following the relevant URL and enter your details before the closing time and date detailed in paragraph 1 above.

Choosing a Winner:
