Delivery Information

Our standard delivery lead times are currently 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) of receiving your order using our contracted UK carrier DPD. If you require a quicker delivery, you can choose Express Delivery at the checkout. Please note that during busy times this service may not be available. See below for further details on Express Delivery. For more details on this service, please see our Delivery & Returns page.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Goods are delivered Monday to Friday during normal working hours by our contracted carrier within the UK (DPD). The standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order for mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands. For these areas and Northern Ireland, standard delivery is £9.95 per order. We offer free delivery on orders over £75 to UK addresses. This is based on our Standard Delivery Service. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addressess, PO Boxes or known freight forwarders.

Express Delivery 

Our Express UK Delivery service charge is £7.95 per order. Free Delivery on orders over £75.00 does not apply to Express Delivery.

Express orders placed by midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Express orders placed on Thursday (pm), Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Deliveries do not take place on weekends or Bank Holidays. Express orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day, eg an order placed on Bank Holiday Monday will be processed on the Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

*Tesco and Promotional Voucher Codes Delivery Information

Please note - The Free Delivery Threshold on orders over £75 is only applied after all voucher codes have been added, so the basket value must be equal or greater than £75 after any code (s) have been applied. 
On Credit and Debit card payments we do not process payment for orders until we have the stock and the order is released for our warehouse to despatch to you. On Paypal orders payment is taken at point of order.  We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.



We are pleased to also accept orders for delivery within selected European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain. We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days of despatching your order, however at busy times orders could take longer to arrive. UK & Republic of Ireland Delivery Prices

UK Standard Delivery - £4.95 for all packages to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands. For these areas and Northern Ireland, standard delivery is £9.95. (Orders over £75.00 qualify for free delivery to UK addresses).

UK Express Delivery £7.95 for all packages.

Republic of Ireland Delivery Prices:

€15 delivery charge for all orders (Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery to ROI addresses)

Continental Europe Delivery Charges

We are pleased to be able to offer an improved delivery service to EU through our global e-commerce partner, ESW.  All Vat and Taxes will be included in the order price so nothing additional to pay.

How to Use Your Tesco Codes 

Browse the Denby website and choose the products you would like to spend your Denby Clubcard Partner code(s) on. Make a note of the value of the products so you know the Clubcard voucher value you’ll need. Don't forget, you get 2x your Clubcard voucher value when you exchange for Denby Clubcard Partner codes, so for every £0.50 in vouchers, you'll get £1.00 to spend on Denby.
Exchange your Clubcard vouchers for Denby Clubcard Partner codes via the Tesco Clubcard website or app. Your Denby Clubcard Partner code will start with TSN. Please note - Denby does not provide these codes, they must be sent to you via Tesco. If you have a code which does not start with TSN you still need to exchange your Clubcard vouchers.
Return to the Denby website and add the products to your basket.
In the checkout process on the payment page enter your Clubcard Partner code(s) into the area marked 'Add a promotion or Tesco Clubcard Partner codes'. Click Apply Code.
Ensure all remaining fields are complete and click 'Place Order'. You will need to pay any remaining balance on your order, and any postage costs with a credit or debit card or PayPal. Enter your details in the 'Payment Details' section.
Things to remember:

Postage (using DPD) is applicable on orders using Tesco vouchers and is £4.95. To achieve free delivery the value of your order must be equal or greater than £75 after all your codes have been applied.
Postage cannot be paid for using Tesco codes and must be paid for using credit or debit card or PayPal.
Denby Clubcard Partner codes can only be redeemed online and not within Denby retail stores.
Denby Clubcard Partner codes cannot be redeemed against any experiences, they are valid only for physical products purchased on www.denbypottery.com.
Codes cannot be used with any other promotional code or cashback offer, although you can use them during sale periods.
No change is given from Denby Clubcard Partner codes.
Denby Clubcard Partner codes are valid for 6 months from issue. Please bear this in mind if you’re exchanging your vouchers ahead of when you plan to purchase.
Orders placed using Denby Clubcard Partner codes can only be delivered to addresses within the UK.
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days but over busy periods this may increase.
Denby Clubcard Partner codes are not transferable.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, Paypal and Pay with Klarna on this site. Cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta,American Express and Visa Electron.

If you choose to pay by Klarna, you will be directed to the Klarna site to 'Log In' and review the amount to be paid before returning to our site to complete your purchase.  Paying with Klarna is not currently available in Denby stores.  We currently offer a 6 month refund policy so items must be returned to us within 6 months of purchase for a refund or exchange and you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.  For more information, please visit Klarna's Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. If your order is a gift bought from our Gift Registry you have 90 days to return the order, or if you are buying as a gift for Christmas then we will be happy to accept any returns up to the 19th January 2025. You must notify Denby within 30 days of receipt by one of the following means: in writing to Customer Service Team, Denby Retail Ltd, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8NX, by email to hello@denby.co.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)1773 740899. You will need to provide proof of purchase. We will then advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely. We would ask that you take good care of the goods whilst in your possession, that they are unused and returned to us with barcodes still attached and in the original packaging. You will be refunded to original method of payment and  tesco vouchers will be converted to a denbyweb voucher. Our outlet stores are unable to accept online returns due to our payment systems being separate. Any concerns on this then please contact our Customer Service team on 01773 740899 and we’ll be happy to help.

If you wish to return goods then you will be required to pay the return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods and the associated delivery charge. If any goods are received in a faulty condition then please contact our Customer Service team on +44(0)1773 740899 to discuss return options.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, upon which the customer will recieve a full refund. 

If you do cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of the order cancellation at the latest.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

VAT & Customs Duties

UK VAT is currently 20% and is included in all product prices displayed on this site whilst browsing as a UK customer.

Please be aware that for any deliveries to the EU, you will be responsible for paying any local tax or duty, which is calculated at checkout. This service is offered by our partners, ESW.

Export

Products are intended for use in the UK and selected European destinations only. When placing your order, you are agreeing that you shall not, directly or indirectly, sell, export or transfer our products outside of the United Kingdom and Europe. Orders calling for shipments to known freight forwarders will be cancelled.

User Generated Content

We love it when you take and share photos of our products. By uploading a photo to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag ‘Denby’ or ‘Denby Pottery’, your photos can be found by the Denby digital team and selected to use on our website. Any images tagged @denby or @denbypottery will be liable for our use. This is so we can feature great user generated content in our social media channels and our website. By submitting a photo you hereby grant to us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence (with the right to sub-licence) to use, edit, alter, reproduce, translate, publish and/or distribute the photos and/or incorporate it in other works on our websites using any and all media or distribution methods. We will select photos at our absolute discretion and we are under no obligation to use all the photos submitted. We are happy to remove UGC images on request. Please note, we can not guarantee the accuracy of product images used the website. All product images are for illustrative purposes only. If you feel the product you have received does not match that of the photo or description used on the website, please contact our customer service team in the first instance.

Promotional Pricing

Please note that we do run promotional offers from time to time where our prices will change. Unfortunately we are unable to honour any price differences if you have placed your order at a higher price.
