Experience Supervisor (Craft Studio) – 32.5 Hours Per Week split over 5 days
To assist the manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
(KPIs) through supporting, leading, and inspiring the team to maintain standards,
deliver excellence in customer service. Be an ambassador for the Denby experiences at the DPV.

Job Duties
• Drive sales and ensure team performance meets or exceeds budget targets.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and housekeeping (H&S and presentation).
• Manage daily staffing needs, including rotas, sickness, and team support.
• Deputise for the manager during absences, overseeing all store operations.
• Lead and support craft studio operations, including developing new activities and workshops to
increase revenue.
• Assist with and lead museum/factory tours and learning experiences as needed.
• Support the online booking system (Digiticket) and ensure accurate administration.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams across Denby Pottery Village.
• Receive and accurately check stock deliveries.
• Promote and upsell other Denby Pottery Village offers.
• Remain flexible for late-night events.
• Learn clay processes to support activity delivery.
