Care & Use Information
- Store your bakeware wisely. Store in dry conditions, to avoid scratching when stacking use paper towels or tea towels between them.
- Avoid using non-stick sprays. Over time these sprays will cause an invisible build-up that will have the opposite effect and cause ingredients to stick to the bakeware.
- Ensure you bakeware is cool before cleaning. If you put a hot tray in water it can buckle and warp.
- Before cooking we recommend using a base such as baking paper or other cooking liners to make for easy cleaning— this avoids having to scrub and potentially scratch the surface to get food off of the trays.
- While our bakeware is dishwasher safe, it will diminish the properties of the non-stick coating. We recommend hand washing in warm soapy water, and avoid using scouring pads or chemical abrasives, to ensure more durability and a longer lifespan.
- Avoid using metal implements during serving as these can scratch the coating. Instead use silicone, heat- resistant plastic or wooden utensils.
- It is natural for coating/finishes on non-stick trays to begin to lose their non-stick properties over time, but following the advice listed above will help your bakeware last as long as possible.

Key Features & Cooking Tips
- Superior hard wearing QuanTanium non-stick coating with a textured surface for better food release
- The material is a premium high quality carbon steel at an affordable and attractive price point. With proven success, this is one of the most common bakeware materials found in households across the country. Perfect for everyday baking.
- Carbon steel cookware is known for maintaining high strength and heat resistance even with thin sheets of material.
- Scratch resistant.
- Denby Quantanium® Bakeware has a beautiful dark grey colour for better heat absorption, allowing for quickly baked delicacies with crispy edges. If you prefer a lighter bake we recommend reducing the oven temperature and the baking time slightly. You can also try double panning by stacking two of the same sized trays on top of each other, which slows down the baking. Often used for baking cookies, rolls, or any treats where the bottoms often brown before the rest is baked.
- It is best to cook in the centre of the oven, and if there are multiple trays try placing them side by side so no heat is blocked while baking.
- The textured surface improves durability and makes our Bakeware more resistant to warping, it also allows for better airflow and even cooking of your baked goods.
- Oven safe up to 250°C
- No PFOA
- Denby Quantanium® Bakeware is designed to make home baking easy. As well as being suitable for use in the oven, our high-quality products are also freezer and dishwasher safe, so you can cook, cool and clean without hassle.
