Crostini’s with roasted carrot and dukkha; and roasted cauliflower with a tahini dressing

INGREDIENTS:
- Part-baked Baguette or French Stick
- Olive Oil
- Leftover Roasted Carrots with Dukkah (see recipe here)
- Leftover Spiced Roasted Cauliflower (see recipe here)

METHOD::
- Slice the part-baked bbaguette or French stick thinly.
- Drizzle with olive oil and baked until crisp.
- Spread with a little cream cheese or goats cheese and top with leftover Roasted Carrots with Dukkah or any leftover Spiced Roasted Cauliflower.
