Soft taco shells filled with leftover kale salad and chicken with chilli sauce

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Shred any leftover Za’atar chicken and fry with a little extra Za’atar to spice up a little.
  2. Fill the tacos with left over kale tabouleh (see recipe here) and the spiced chicken.
  3. Serve with a drizzle of chilli sauce.
