Our Design Team are constantly experimenting with new decoration and glaze techniques whilst looking to the future and the past for inspiration. Designed to have the look and feel of studio pottery the Studio Blue Accent has evolved over time to be something organic and fluid that is uniquely different across every piece.

The glazing application is achieved by a decorating technique at the pottery named 'Flooping',  inspired by the sound the glaze makes when hand poured on the items. The nature of how the platters and bowls are hand glazed give them a truly artisanal feel, as we allow the glazes to flow from the faces to the backs creating a pattern that cocoons them.

Designed in our Derbyshire studio by our team of skilled designers, Studio Blue Accent pieces are both beautiful and durable. This collection has been designed to last. Safe for use in the oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher, this collection makes a practical and reliable addition to the home.
