Clementine prosecco

INGREDIENTS:

  • Juice from 6 clementine’s
  • 6tbsp Cointreau
  • 1 bottle of prosecco or any sparkling white wine
  • 6 sprigs of rosemary

METHOD:

  1. Divide the clementine juice between champagne flutes.
  2. Add 1tbsp of Cointreau to each glass.
  3. Now add a sprig of rosemary and top with prosecco and enjoy.
