Plum & Blueberry Crumble

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Plums, de-stoned and cut into quarters
- 300g Blueberries
- 200g Golden Caster Sugar
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour, heaped
- 150g Plain Flour
- 100g Rolled Oats
- 50g Pumpkin Seeds
- 50g Butter, room temperature
- 50g Granulated Sugar

METHOD:
- Preheat the oven to 160 C/180C Fan/ Gas Mark 6.
- In a suitable oven tray add the plums and the blueberries and toss together with the golden caster sugar and the cornflour and set aside.
- In mixing bowl rub together the butter and flour roughly with your fingertips, add the granulated sugar oats and pumpkin seeds and mix together well. Add the crumble topping to the fruit and bake for 30 mins until golden brown and the fruit is thick and bubbling.
- Serve with pouring cream or vanilla ice cream.
