Cherry trifles with Opie cherries in kirch

INGREDIENTS:
- Ready-made swiss roll
- Tub of Ready-made Custard
- Jar of Opie Dark Cherries in Kirsch
- 400ml Whipping Cream
- Vanilla Extract
- Finel Grated Chocolate to serve

METHOD:
- Slice or cut the swiss roll and line the base of a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of ready-made custard, a layer of Opie dark cherries in Kirsch, then a layer of whipped cream with a little vanilla extract running through.
- Repeat the layers finishing with the cream.
- Top with grated chocolate and serve.
