Our Interview Top Tips.

1.

Do your research.
Hiring Manager’s will be keen to understand what level of knowledge about Denby you have. While no one expects you to know the technical side of what we do, there is plenty of other information out there for you to discover. Visit our Pottery Village, look at our wide variety of ranges and get a feel for the Denby brand; explore our website and social media pages.

2.

Consider first impressions.
Make sure you arrive and report to Reception in good time. Remember the name of the Hiring Manager/s you are meeting! Consider your interview outfit; we don’t expect you to be suited and booted to the extreme but we appreciate an effort when it’s made.

3.

Ask us questions.

Consider what you need to know about your potential new role with Denby and we will be happy to answer any questions you have for us. We try not to make the interview process too formal and really want your interview to be a friendly two-way conversation.

4.

Use your experience.
Give the Hiring Manager relevant examples from your previous work experience as answers to the questions you are asked. This is a great way for us to get to know you better from a work capacity.

5.

Try to relax and enjoy the process.
At the end of your interview, we want you to be more excited about the prospect of joining Denby than you were before!
