* We offer free delivery on orders over $100 (US delivery addresses only). This is based on our Standard Delivery Service. Express shipping is not available at this time. Once you've completed checkout, we cannot reroute your order or change your shipping address.
For security purposes, we're unable to redirect a shipped package. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.

We will only accept orders for delivery within the US and Canada. Delivery & Payment Information

We aim to deliver your goods to anywhere in Canada within 14 business days of receiving your order. Your order will be sent by our contracted North American carrier Fedex or UPS. Once you've completed checkout, we cannot reroute your order or change your shipping address.

We will only accept orders via Shop Online for delivery within Canada and the USA.

We accept payment by Paypal, credit or debit card on this site. Cards accepted are American Express (USD Only), Mastercard, Visa. We do not process payment until the stock is in our warehouse and the order is released for despatch to you.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at Consumer Services, Denby USA Limited, 378 South Branch Road, Suite 402, Hillsborough NJ, 08844 or customer.service@denbyusa.com or phone us at (732) 873-5300 ext. 121 within 30 working days of receiving the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note: Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be required to pay the original and return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods. To return the goods, please contact us at customer.service@denbyusa.com and request a Return Authorization number. We will advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely.
