Veggie sausage rolls

INGREDIENTS:
- Pre-rolled Puff Pastry
- Leftover Veggie wreath (see recipe here)

METHOD:
- Take a pre-rolled piece of puff pastry and unroll.
- Place any leftover veggie wreath slightly off center into a long sausage shape along the puff pastry.
- Spoon a little cranberry sauce along the filling, brush the pastry all over with beaten egg and roll tightly to form a sausage roll.
- Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush again with beaten egg and sprinkle over some nigella seeds or sesame seeds and bake until golden.
