Veggie sausage rolls

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Take a pre-rolled piece of puff pastry and unroll. 
  2. Place any leftover veggie wreath slightly off center into a long sausage shape along the puff pastry.
  3. Spoon a little cranberry sauce along the filling, brush the pastry all over with beaten egg and roll tightly to form a sausage roll. 
  4. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush again with beaten egg and sprinkle over some nigella seeds or sesame seeds and bake until golden.
