Beetroot cured salmon on oat biscuits with crème fraiche, dill and lemon

INGREDIENTS:

  • Oat Biscuits
  • Crème fraiche
  • Dill, Lemon
  • Leftover Beetroot Cured Salmon (see recipe here)

METHOD:

  1. Add a generous spoon of crème fraiche to each oat biscuit.
  2. Layer each biscuit with a piece of leftover cured salmon.
  3. Top with a squeeze of lemon and a sprig of dill.
