Beetroot cured salmon on oat biscuits with crème fraiche, dill and lemon

INGREDIENTS:
- Oat Biscuits
- Crème fraiche
- Dill, Lemon
- Leftover Beetroot Cured Salmon (see recipe here)

METHOD:
- Add a generous spoon of crème fraiche to each oat biscuit.
- Layer each biscuit with a piece of leftover cured salmon.
- Top with a squeeze of lemon and a sprig of dill.
