The Ginger Torpedo

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 ml The Kraken Black Spiced Rum
  • 1 spoon orange marmalade
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 drops chocolate bitter
  • Fentimans Ginger Beer

METHOD:

  1. Add the Kraken Rum, marmalade, lemon juice and chocolate bitter to a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice, then shake and strain into a glass filled with ice
  3. Top with Fentimans Ginger Beer
  4. Garnish with a slice of ginger
