Sloe gin and pink peppercorn fizz

INGREDIENTS:
- 150ml sloe gin
- 6 splashes of Angostura’s bitters
- 1 bottle prosecco or any sparkling wine
- 18 pink peppercorns

METHOD:
- Take 6 champagne flutes and add 3 pink peppercorns to each glass.
- Pour in 25ml of sloe gin into each glass.
- Now add a splash of Angostura’s bitters and finally top up with prosecco and serve.
