Sloe gin and pink peppercorn fizz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150ml sloe gin
  • 6 splashes of Angostura’s bitters
  • 1 bottle prosecco or any sparkling wine
  • 18 pink peppercorns

METHOD:

  1. Take 6 champagne flutes and add 3 pink peppercorns to each glass.
  2. Pour in 25ml of sloe gin into each glass.
  3. Now add a splash of Angostura’s bitters and finally top up with prosecco and serve.
