Mulled Cider

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 litres of Cider
- 3-4 Star anise
- 5 Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 sliced Orange
- Peeled fresh ginger, sliced
- 4 tbsp Caster sugar

METHOD:
- Prepare your ingredients for the mulled cider.
- Heat the cider and spices gently in a pan and then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture evenly into tumblers.
- To finish, decorate with extra cinnamon sticks and orange slices to serve.
