Shipping Information
Shipping Fees are based on your order total after any promotional discounts, voucher codes or state taxes are applied when determining shipping:

We aim to deliver your goods to anywhere in Canada within 10 business days of receiving your order. You will be contacted if for any reason part or all of your order cannot be fulfilled within this time with an expected delivery date. Your order will be sent by our contracted carrier DHL and will be despatched directly out of the UK. Once you've completed checkout, we cannot reroute your order or change your shipping address.
For security purposes, we're unable to redirect a shipped package. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
Order Cancellation/Changes
We cannot accept any cancellation or changes to any orders after it has been submitted. In an effort to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, we begin to process each order immediately after it is placed. If, for any reason, you would like to return items on your order please refer to our Return Policy. Please note for any returns after 30 days store credit only will be issued in the full amount of original purchase price less delivery charges.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. If your order is a gift bought from our Gift Registry you have 90 days to return the order. You must notify Denby within 30 days of receipt by one of the following means: in writing to Customer Service Team, Denby Retail Ltd, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8NX, by email to hello@denby.co.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)1773 740899. You will need to provide proof of purchase. We will then advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely. We would ask that you take good care of the goods whilst in your possession, that they are unused and returned to us with barcodes still attached and in the original packaging. You will be refunded to original method of payment.
If you wish to return goods then you will be required to pay the return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods and the associated delivery charge. If any goods are received in a faulty condition then please contact our Customer Service team on +44(0)1773 740899 to discuss return options.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, upon which the customer will receive a full refund.
If you do cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of the order cancellation at the latest.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
We accept payment by credit or debit card , Applepay, Googlepay, Paypal and Klarna on this site. Cards accepted are American Express, Mastercard and Visa. We do not process payment until the stock is in our warehouse and the order is released for dispatch to you. For PayPal payments, please refer to our PayPal terms.
Please note that currency is accepted and charged in the country that was selected as your location.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax (GST, HST, PST) is charged on those items shipped from our factory in the UK to all Provinces in Canada at the current jurisdiction/province rate on merchandise. Shipping fees are not subject to tax. No additional charges at delivery.
Export
Products are intended for use in Canada only. When placing your order, you are agreeing that you shall not, directly or indirectly, sell, export or transfer our products outside of Canada. Orders calling for shipments to known freight forwarders will be cancelled.
Bonus Gift Returns
If you are returning an item that qualified for a bonus gift or Buy One Get Free, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value. Any return of product that included a promotional gift card in the original transaction will have the value of the promotional gift card deducted from the amount refunded as gift cards cannot be returned.
Promotions
All offers are valid for online purchases at denbypottery.com, one per customer for Canadian residents. Offers cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases. All products are offered subject to availability, for a limited time period. Exclusions and limitations may apply, see promotional email for specific details. Denby reserves the right to modify or cancel an order due to unauthorized or ineligible use of promotional codes.
If redeeming a complimentary gift voucher with your order, you are subject to pay applicable tax and shipping charges based on the order value after discounts.
Price Matching
Denby does not offer price matching and will not adjust previous orders to reflect prices of current and/or upcoming sales. Promotional offers cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases.
