The guarantee applies from the date of purchase, by the original owner, whether as a self-purchase or received as a gift. The guarantee covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover foreseeable wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.

Defective products will be replaced free of charge with a similar product or one of equivalent value if the original product is no longer in production.

The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the guarantee:

  • Damage caused by foreseeable wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.
  • Scratches, stains, discolouration, corrosion or damage from overheating food or water. This also includes the non-stick coating.
  • Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this guarantee.

General care & use of all pans:
• Remove all labels, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before first use.
• The pan should match to the heat source. Never heat up an empty pan.
• Always use an oven glove or mitt as handles may get hot.
• Only use silicone, heat-resistant plastic or wooden utensils
• Never allow a gas flame to extend up the sides of the pans; this may cause the sides and handles to overheat.
• Use only medium and low heats for all cooking. Using high heats can spoil the appearance of the pans.
• Do not allow liquids to boil dry.
• Protect surfaces before placing hot pans onto them.
• Do not pour cold water into a hot pan as this can damage it.
• Do not store raw, marinating or cooked foods in the pans.
• Ingredients may cause damage to and/or discolouration of the surface.
• PFOA Free. Non-stick coatings that are labelled PFOA Free mean that safer chemicals were used in their production resulting in cookware that is both healthy and easy to use.
Care & use of non stick pans:
• Use nylon, wooden, silicone or heat resistant plastic utensils as metal may scratch the non-stick surface.
• Do not cut foods directly on the non-stick surface.
• Can be used under the grill for short periods of time. Ensure that neither the lid nor handle are placed directly under a grill.
• Wash with detergent using a brush or nylon pad.
• Do not use steel wool or metal pads as these may scratch the non-stick surface of the cookware.
Care & use of cast aluminium and granite finish pans:
This lightweight and durable range of Cast Aluminium pans come with a hardwearing outer coating, and tough non-stick interior, making them perfect for use everyday.
• Suitable for use on all hob types including gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, induction and solid fuel stoves. Oven safe to 200°.
• Hand wash with detergent and a brush or nylon pad. Not suitable for use in a dishwasher.
General care & use of Quan Tanium finish bakeware:
Heavy duty carbon steel with a superior Quan Tanium hard wearing non-stick coating and a textured surface for better browning and superior food release, our Denby bakeware is made to perform to the highest standards time after time. 
• Suitable for use in all oven types up to 250°C/450°F/Gas Mark 9.
• Not suitable for microwaves or use on hobs.
• Suitable for use under the grill for short periods.
• Use silicone, heat-resistant plastic or wooden utensils as metal may scratch the non-stick surface.
• Fridge and freezer safe
• Always use an oven glove or mitt when handling as surfaces will get hot.
• Dishwasher safe, or hand wash with detergent and a brush or nylon pad. Do not use steel wool or metal pads.
• Care is to be taken with cooking meat products at high heats to avoid over caramelisation and sticking to the pan.
General care & use of cast iron cookware:
Perfect for slow cooking on a low heat, Cast Iron Cookware ensures even heat distribution, is energy efficient and has the best heat
retaining qualities.
• Wash before first use and dry thoroughly.
• Cast iron can break if knocked or dropped.
• Suitable for use on gas, electric hobs, solid fuel, induction, ceramic and halogen hobs.
• Oven safe up to a temperature of 220°C/428°F/Gas Mark 7.
• Only blackened enamel surfaces i.e. griddles pans can be heated dry. Otherwise ensure appropriate cooking liquid is added before heating commences.
• Do not use a high heat or allow to boil dry as this can overheat the dish and severe damage can occur.
• Take care when handling hot dishes and always use an oven glove or mitt.
• Use nylon, wooden, silicone or heat resistant plastic utensils as metal may scratch the surface.
• Protect surfaces before placing hot pans onto them.
• After use allow to cool before placing in water otherwise the enamel coating may be permanently damaged.
• Dishwasher safe, however, continued washing in a dishwasher, may result in discolouration of the enamel surface over time.

• Stainless steel is resistant to marking and staining, but contact with direct heat and certain substances can lead to staining and pitting.
• Salts, food acids, fats and meat juices and harsh detergents, including bleach are corrosive and can damage the cutlery.
• Load knives in the dishwasher with the blade pointing downwards.
• Direct heat can mark the metal.
General care & use of utensils:
