Christmas Cheese Board

OUR SUGGESTIONS:

1. A good quality cheddar is always a must. Look for a mature and local. 2. Something soft and creamy, brie, camembert, Epoisses, dolcelatte. Then something blue and a little stronger, stilton, St Agur, Roquefort. 3. Then it’s always good to have a few special cheeses that guests maybe haven’t tasted. If you go to a good cheese shop or farm shop they will have some knowledge to help you choose 4. You will also need some good crackers, chutney selection and if you can find it some quince cheese (membrillo). 5. Finally a few grapes, celery, dried fruits and nuts, such a walnuts, pistachio, pecans finish the board off beautifully.
