We aim to process your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. You will be contacted if for any reason part or all of your order cannot be fulfilled within this time with an expected delivery date.
Your order will be sent via our contracted carrier within the US. Shipping Fees are based on your order total after any promotional discounts, voucher codes or state taxes are applied when determining shipping:

* We offer free delivery on orders over $150 (Mainland US delivery addresses only). This is based on our Standard Delivery Service. Express shipping is not available at this time. Once you've completed checkout, we cannot reroute your order or change your shipping address.
For security purposes, we're unable to redirect a shipped package. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
We will only accept orders for delivery within the US and Canada. If you require delivery to any other destination (including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, Puerto Rico, US Minoring and Virgin Islands) then please contact our consumer services on (800) 374-6479 x1116 or email us at consumer.services@denbyusa.com to receive a shipping quote.

Delivery & Payment Information
We aim to deliver your goods to anywhere in Canada within 10 business days of receiving your order. You will be contacted if for any reason part or all of your order cannot be fulfilled within this time with an expected delivery date. Your order will be sent by our contracted carrier DHL and will be despatched directly out of the UK. Once you've completed checkout, we cannot reroute your order or change your shipping address.
For security purposes, we're unable to redirect a shipped package. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
We will only accept orders Online for delivery within Canada.
We accept payment by Paypal, credit or debit card on this site. Cards accepted are American Express, Mastercard, Visa. We do not process payment until the stock is in our warehouse and the order is released for despatch to you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. If your order is a gift bought from our Gift Registry you have 90 days to return the order. You must notify Denby and return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Notify Denby by one of the following means: in writing to Customer Service Team, Denby Retail Ltd, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8NX, by email to hello@denbypottery.com or by telephone on +44 (0)1773 740899. You will need to provide proof of purchase. We will then advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely. We would ask that you take good care of the goods whilst in your possession, that they are unused and returned to us with barcodes still attached and in the original packaging. You will be refunded to original method of payment.
If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be required to pay the original and return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods.
