The Denby 10 Year Guarantee focuses on making our pottery sustainable. Such is the quality and durability of Denby that we are proud to offer a 10 year guarantee on our Made in England Denby stoneware and porcelain* ranges, giving you all the confidence you need to really love and enjoy your range. Our 10 Year Guarantee also applies to seconds products purchased through our outlet stores.
Additionally, if you register your guarantee with us online and tell us which range you're collecting, we also commit to giving you 12 month's notice if production of your range is likely to stop, to give you time to complete your set. This 'Collectors Promise' applies to Denby Stoneware collections, with the full list of ranges included in our 10 Year Guarantee and Collectors Promise shown below.

10 Year Guarantee Terms & Conditions
The guarantee applies from the date of purchase by the original owner, whether a self-purchase or a received as a gift. The guarantee covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic situations and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.
Defective products will be replaced free of charge with a similar product, or one of equivalent value if the original product is no longer in production. Please note that in the case of a set only the faulty item will be replaced. The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the guarantee:
- Damage caused by foreseeable wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.
- Scratches, stains, discolouration, corrosion or damage from overheating, food or water.
- Discolouration of decoration or glaze which would be classed as normal wear and tear (see our care and use guide on how to minimise this).
- Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this guarantee.
The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change product specifications at any time. Care and use provided at the time of purchase remain applicable.
