Crostini’s with roasted carrot and dukkha; and roasted cauliflower with a tahini dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • Part-baked Baguette or French Stick
  • Olive Oil
  • Leftover Roasted Carrots with Dukkah (see recipe here)
  • Leftover Spiced Roasted Cauliflower (see recipe here)

METHOD::

  1. Slice the part-baked bbaguette or French stick thinly.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and baked until crisp. 
  3. Spread with a little cream cheese or goats cheese and top with leftover Roasted Carrots with Dukkah or any leftover Spiced Roasted Cauliflower.
