Homemade flat breads

INGREDIENTS:
- 300g plain flour
- 1tsp salt
- 150ml warm water
- 2tbsp olive oil

METHOD:
- Tip the flour into a mixing bowl with the salt.
- Measure the warm water in a jug and mix in the olive oil.
- Make a well in the centre of the flour. Pour in the warm water and using the handle of a wooden spoon bring the mixture together. Now use your hands and knead the dough until soft and smooth. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6-8 balls.
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat.
- On a lightly floured surface roll the dough to about 1/2 cm in thickness.
- Add about 1tsp of sunflower oil to the frying pan, give it a swirl around and cook the flat breads one a time for about until it starts to puff up. Turn the flat bread over and cook on the other side for 30 seconds, remove from the pan and leave covered in a clean t-towel until you have cooked them all.
