Cherry trifles with Opie cherries in kirch

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ready-made swiss roll
  • Tub of Ready-made Custard
  • Jar of Opie Dark Cherries in Kirsch
  • 400ml Whipping Cream
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Finel Grated Chocolate to serve

METHOD:

  1. Slice or cut the swiss roll and line the base of a glass or bowl. 
  2. Add a layer of ready-made custard, a layer of Opie dark cherries in Kirsch, then a layer of whipped cream with a little vanilla extract running through. 
  3. Repeat the layers finishing with the cream. 
  4. Top with grated chocolate and serve.
