'Three new rich, earthy shades marry perfectly together and with our existing taupe shade of Kiln by Denby. The comforting and humble hues paired with subtle flecks of hand-sprayed glaze make a contemporary yet timeless statement.
Keeping true to the original inspiration, I wanted to introduce some additional complementary shades. Warm hues such as those found in spices such as cayenne, tumeric and peppercorns as well as those found in natural materials and pigments, such as brick, twine, slate and clay for example worked really well with Kiln.'

Skilled hands mould the organic, tactile shapes in our Derbyshire Pottery. Every piece is hand dipped in the striking glaze colours, before a unique-to-Denby process called 'flooping' is used to create controlled scattering of speckles on the piece. Each Kiln Accents piece has its own intricate and slightly unique pattern, a kind of fingerprint of its own.
